Wiggins wins last day in De Panne!
Belgium - On the eve of one of the biggest weeks in the pro racing calendar, Garmin/Slipstream's Bradley Wiggins (GBR) has won the final stage - a 14.75K individual time trial - in the prestigious 3-day 33rd edition of the KBC-Driedaagse De Panne-Koksijde.  Teammate and Svein Tuft (CAN) put in a great ride to take 7th in the same stage.  Garmin's one-day specialist Martijn Maaskant (NED) was the top finisher at 7th overall.
