Bell Scores Two Gold Medals in Beijing!
Canadian Zach Bell rode his Felt TK1 to two wins at the final round of the UCI World Cup Track Series in Beijing. Bell, who just switched to Felt a few short weeks ago, won both the points race and the scratch race in Beijing.
Bell, a member of the Canadian National Team, showed he’s in great form at one of the important markers before the 2010 World Championships in Copenhagen this March. Bell won a silver medal at last year’s World Championships and will be looking to excel this year on his new Felt bike.
In the points race in Beijing, Bell gained two laps on the field, beating Kwok Ho Ting of Taiwan, who finished second. In the following day’s scratch race, the Canadian beat Hayden Roulston of New Zealand to take his second gold medal of the competition.
